1. Delivery Zone

1.1. Deliveries are made exclusively within Tashkent city, Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.2. Delivery to other cities, districts or regions of Uzbekistan is not currently available.

2. Delivery Fee

2.1. The delivery fee within Tashkent is 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) UZS. The rate is fixed and does not depend on the delivery address, order contents or order value.

2.2. The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout and included in the total amount due.

3. Delivery Timing

3.1. Same-day delivery is available when the order is placed and paid at least 3 (three) hours before the desired delivery time.

3.2. If an order is placed less than 3 hours before the desired delivery time, the Buyer will be notified of a revised delivery time, which will be agreed with a manager.

3.3. Delivery hours: daily, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Tashkent time).

3.4. On public holidays and peak days (8 March, Mother's Day, Navruz, New Year, etc.) timings may change. Current order cut-off times are published on the website and social media.

4. Delivery Process

4.1. When placing an order, the Buyer provides the exact delivery address, the Recipient's name and phone number, and the preferred delivery date and time window.

4.2. The courier contacts the Recipient before arrival. If the Recipient is unreachable, the courier contacts the Buyer to agree on next steps.

4.3. If the Recipient is unavailable at the agreed time and re-delivery on the same day is not possible, the Buyer may:

– arrange a new delivery time with a manager (re-delivery fee applies — 25,000 UZS);

– collect the order from the self-pickup location.

4.4. Upon receipt, the Recipient must inspect the order for appearance and completeness. Claims regarding appearance and completeness are accepted within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Self-Pickup

5.1. Self-pickup is available at: Tashkent, Labzak Street, 44A.

5.2. Pick-up is available daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We recommend confirming holiday hours on the website or by phone.

5.3. When choosing self-pickup, the order must be placed and paid at least 3 (three) hours before the intended collection time.

5.4. Orders are held at the pickup location for 24 hours from the agreed collection time. After this period, if no alternative arrangement has been made with a manager, the Seller reserves the right to discontinue holding the order. Refunds in such cases are processed in accordance with the Public Offer.

6. Important Notes

– Orders (delivery or self-pickup) must be placed at least 3 hours before the desired collection time.

– Flowers are perishable. Please ensure the Recipient is available at the specified address at the agreed time.

– If the order is a surprise and the Recipient is unaware of the delivery, we recommend leaving the Buyer's contact number for the courier.

– The Administration is not responsible for deterioration in product quality if flower storage conditions are not followed after delivery or pick-up.
