How to order flowers in Tashkent: 4 steps

1. Pick a bouquet from the Luna Flowers catalogue or the Top Choice selection.
2. Enter the delivery address in Tashkent, the recipient name and phone number, and the preferred date and time.
3. Pay by Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo, Visa or Mastercard.
4. Our florists assemble the bouquet on the delivery day, and the courier calls the recipient before arriving.

Courier delivery: timing and cost

• Delivery within Tashkent costs 0 UZS. The rate is fixed and does not depend on the address or order value.
• Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed and paid for at least 3 hours before the requested time.
• Delivery hours: daily, 10:00 to 21:00 Tashkent time.
• Pickup is free from our boutique at 44A Labzak Street, daily 10:00 to 21:00, also with 3 hours notice.

Delivery across Tashkent districts

Our couriers work in every district of the city at the same free rate: Yunusabad, Mirzo Ulugbek, Chilanzar, Yakkasaray, Mirabad, Shaykhantakhur, Almazar, Sergeli, Uchtepa, Yashnabad and Bektemir. We do not currently deliver outside Tashkent.

Anonymous delivery and surprises

Want to stay anonymous? Tell the operator and the courier will not reveal the sender name. A handwritten note is included free of charge. If the delivery is a surprise, leave your own number so the courier can reach you if needed.

Ordering flowers to Tashkent from abroad

What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier contacts the recipient in advance. If delivery fails, we agree on a new time; a repeat trip costs another free, or the order can be collected from the boutique.
